I tried to list down some of our fundamental beliefs and ask AI to write a perfect founder’s speech.
Yes you are right. I was not able to do so. Hence, I wrote the following with some help from AI:
In 2022, I realized that despite the Internet’s role in democratizing information, knowledge and power remain concentrated in the hands of a select few, highlighting a persistent imbalance in the digital age.
AI Democratization = Knowledge Democratization
Knowledge monopolization, much like AI monopolization, can stifle innovation and progress by limiting access to crucial information and tools, hindering the collective advancement of society. If AI is not democratized, allowing only a few entities to control its development and deployment, we risk stagnating as a human race, missing out on the transformative benefits that widespread AI adoption could bring to education, healthcare, and economic equality.
During these transformative times, we must seize the moment and leverage technology as a powerful tool to drive meaningful change and progress. It has to improve the way we work or organize work.
Today, we stand at the forefront of a revolution that will transform the way small businesses operate.
AI remains underutilized among small businesses, with only 4.2% of SMEs in Singapore leveraging AI solutions. (Source: IMDA Annual Report 2023 2024) This is where we come in—bridging the gap by providing accessible, user-friendly AI tools that enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency.
Therefore, our first core belief is that AI is for everyone, Enterprise, SMEs and every person.
It has to bring value and create a WIN-WIN environment
AI must transform the business landscape into a win-win environment where productivity fuels efficiency, efficiency reduces costs, and these savings directly benefit customers through improved services and products.
By leveraging AI to streamline operations and enhance productivity, businesses can create a virtuous cycle where efficiency gains translate into lower costs, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Our next core belief is that AI must create value for the business and it cannot be a zero-sum game. It has to innovate, create and bring about changes.
Our mission is clear: to transform the AI business landscape by democratizing AI, enabling them to compete with confidence on a level playing field, to empower SMEs with the full potential of Artificial Intelligence.
SMEs to support each other
While we may start small, may face an uphill path, with many challenges and even failures, we urge all SMEs to unite and build ourselves an ecosystem that makes us stronger and more sustainable!
Together, let’s democratize AI to empower SMEs, unlock collective potential, and build a future where innovation and equity thrive, driving sustainable growth for all.
P.S. Now while AI may be able to amaze or leave you flabbergasted with its flamboyant language capabilities, it cannot replace you in creating that human touch or connection to the output text!
